I bet you can't believe it but EA Tech Support is COMPLETELY made of computer BOTs! :blink: :swear: Do NOT use it, it's completely a waste of time. I gaurantee you can't find a SINGLE human there to answer you. Oh God, it took me a while to notcie it. Good Job, evil EA! I won't EVER buy a game from EA directly. CURSE YOU EA! :swear: :cold: Now they even send people discount tokens to get more money. MY GOD! :facepalm:

Probably a stupid question but did you try pressing "0" at the end of each recorded message to try to get to a human?

And as a side note: You got to calm down dude. I don't think I've seen a calm or constructive post from you, well, ever. Rants on occasion are ok, but they tire quickly if that's all you do.

The chat support is a 24 hour online thing, and if the bots can't solve a problem they are programmed to escalate the incident to the next level.
I never had a problem with it, when I couldn't install BF2 I used it and when the suggestions it gave me didn't work it fowrded me to the help desk who emailed me a new CD key.

Thats the only time I've used a games tech support, no complaints here.

Yea, next time when you're prompted English Or Spanish choose 'spanish' as there usually is less traffic waiting for a spanish customer support translator (who also speaks english).

Tis what I do. Read it in a magazine. :3

Eheh every week there is a new EA/Activision is evil... they did such and such horrible thing. Nothing they could do would surprise me or affect me. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the next update was: EA's CEO found eating endangered baby marmosets.

I don't think the Bethesda forums are the best place to vent about other publishers like this. I'm sorry you're having so many problems but I just don't see this as a constructive thread.
