Madden 11, Fallout: NV CE, and Black Ops were the only ones that I paid full price for. I'll be paying full price for Homefront, L.A. Noire, Battlefield 3, Skyrim CE, and Modern Warfare 3. I might end up getting MLB 2K11, but I'm not sure yet.

Ooooh Homefront. I forgot about that. I'm gonna have to wait and see if any of my friends are getting it and for what system (Xbox or PC) before I get it.

You get a free http://scorephoria.com/wp-content/uploads/Homefront-Headset.jpg just for preordering the game.

I think it's only at Best Buy though.

And the worst part about buying so few games at full price (i.e. right when they come out) is that I built a new computer specifically for those games. And I don't have the spare money for a new comp for Skyrim... But I'm gonna do it anyway, perhaps.

This last year? None. Of all time? Mercs 2(Very well worth the price), and GTA IV(Should of waited for it to be 20 bucks.)
I get gifted games or buy them cheaper.
But Pokemon Black and White will be a well spent $70.

2. Gears of War 3
3. Hopefully Lord of the Rings: War in the North if it actually comes out this year.

The latest game I bought at full price was Killzone 3 last week, and I'm very happy with it so far, the multiplayer is a blast. That's the only game I've paid full price for this year I think. Last year I bought a fair few games at full price. Some of them were:

  • Bad Company 2 - Worth it many times over. Best multiplayer game of the year.
  • Red Dead Redemption - Definitely worth it, I got a lot of game time out of it.
  • Halo Reach - Couldn't get into the multiplayer despite being a big Halo fan. Was disappointed in the horrible lag in Firefight as it was brilliant fun in ODST. The campaign was fairly enjoyable though. Probably not really worth it all being said.
  • Mass Effect 2 - Great game and well worth it too.
  • Super Street Fighter IV - Well worth the lower than usual price, got a lot of playtime out of it with my old housemates.
  • Call of Duty Black Ops - Worth it, got a lot of good (and surprisingly enjoyable) time out of it before eventually getting bored of it.
  • Civilization V - As with any Civ game, more than worth it. I really like the new hex tiles and combat that goes with it. A game I'll be playing for many years I suspect.
  • Fallout: New Vegas - Not as good as FO3 for me despite some nice additions. I got frustrated by the lack of choice in some quests when the whole game is supposed to be about player choice. Got a good 30+ hours out of it though so it wasn't a total bust.

I think that's everything.

I forgot about Bad Company 2. I'm also planning on getting Gears of War 3 for full price.

Within the last year, the last game I paid full price for was Radiant Historia, just a few weeks ago. (Worth it) :P

I did buy Mass Effect 2 last May but I only paid $40 for that (still feels kinda steep to me) and Red Dead Redemption, which I got for $35 the day after Christmas. (Worth it) So those don't count.

This year I paid full price for Black Ops, Reach, BulletStorm, and soon to be Skyrim.

I usually don't buy anything until it's at least $10 cheaper.

The only game I bought for full price was Red Dead Redemption this past year. However, because of an error by Best Buy, I got it free so there was no games that I actually bought at full price since Madden two years ago. I will be splurging this year though with Skyrim. I'm buying the CE of it. I'm will to spend as much money on it as they want me to.

. My price-point tends to be $20 for a game I'm really interested in buying, $10-15 for something I'm not sure I'll like, and less than $10 for something I'm really unsure about. Like Two Worlds, though from what I've heard even $1.00 is one dollar too many! :P

Alais, the first "Two Worlds" game was kind of fun as long as you don't expect too much. I'd agree that it's barely worth ten dollars, but it had its moments. I enjoyed collecting armor and weapons in the game (and storing them on five or six horses), and the cutscenes are good for a laugh at the look of the protagonist's sister (think of a really bad 1980s music video).

Last year I bought Mass Effect 2, God Of War III, Red Dead Redemption and Fallout New Vegas, all on release day.

This year on release day I'll probably buy Batman Arkham City, Skyrim and Mass Effect 3. Dragon Age 2 doesn't interest me too much for some reason, even though I loved the first one.

Fallout NV is the only one IIRC. I think I bought Arkham Asylum pretty close to full price as well.

Mass Effect 2, Red Dead Redemption, Heavy Rain, Mafia II, Alan Wake and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. ME2 and RDR was definitely worth it. Heavy Rain wasn't bad either. Mafia II was too short considering the price but otherwise pretty good, Alan Wake was a disappointment but still had its moments. Birth by Sleep is one of the worst games i have ever played. I still can't believe i actually bought a PSP for that piece of crap.

This year i am 99% sure i'll buy Dragon Age II, Uncharted 3, Mass Effect 3 and Skyrim on release. I'll probably even buy the collectors Edition of ME3 and TES V and i would have done that with DA2 too if there had been one.

Hmmmm...I think none. I buy all my games trhough amazon.co.uk so I pay a lot less than if bought. 70euros games are usually at 25 pounds, so it's basically half the price. I once bought 3 games (DA O Ultimate, The Witcher EE Platinum and DA II Signature Edition) at once and saved I think 90 euros or something...

Same here actually, I've started to use amazon.co.uk and it's quite a bit cheaper than buying games in the Netherlands with euros. I pre-ordered the Augmented Edition of Deus Ex: Human Revolution from amazon.co.uk for 5 euros less than the regular edition in Dutch stores. :P
