Is anyone else having issues with the password changing on the gamesas account?

I had forgotten my password and tried to reset it, it said they sent an e-mail to me with the details to change the password but I never got the e-mail, I checked the spam filter, nothing there either. I tried resting it about 20 times I never got the mail.

Then I finally guessed my password and got in and when I go to change the password it behaves like I've managed to change the password, but it doesn't change and I still have to use the old password to log in. And now I have to log in twice before actually being logged in, the first time it accepts the password as if it's worked but then it sends me back to the main page without being logged in. When I log in the second time it works and I can see my account name on the top right.

Can someone at gamesas see if there's some issue with my account,
