Hi

My name on this site is UnrealPirate. After I logged in yesterday, that name was changed to: 0009941d41d436d9 !?

But I can still login without any problems, but my name here is completely messed up and it is NOT POSSIBLE to send Crytek any messages in their 'contact form' page... It doesn't work...

Anyone else here that has experienced this problem or know what to do?

I can't change my name back myself... :-(

I can change this for you but before i do i just want to confirm...

What username are you typing in when logging in? Are you typing in "UnrealPirate" or "0009941d41d436d9" ?

Also, did you sign up via the website on PC or via console?

I am typing in my email which is unrealpiratedk@hotmail.com

Not that number thing. I signed up via my computer, and not any console.

But I want my name to be UnrealPirate again :-)
