Hi, there.

I have a problem with Private Messages(PMs).

In the "Hi, Naman, welcome back!" section in up-right portion of the page, it says "1 message". But my message boxes are all empty.
This is a IE9 RTM with compatibility mode is disabled setting.

I created a 2nd Account Ingame with the same email Address, just another Name... on Saturday i logged in here with my email Adress and i got my email address as my Forumname... today my Forumname is the name i picked for the 2nd Account (its normally impossible in other games to create 2 Accounts with the same email Address).

Very confusing... i can login with both Nicknames Ingame, but everytime he lose my Configs (the Stars are back and the Message for the limited edition "You got bla bla bla" appears everytime).
I can't edit or delete my old posts with the email adress name... the same email adress, 2 differnet posters... my real name ???!!! (lost)...

Please fix this as soon as possible. I want to play and post with my real Nickname and not with 2 differnt (or 3 in the future)...

The Forum Account with the new name (2nd Account) lost btw all configs i set here.

edit: Now the Forum-Nickname is the new Name, lets see what happens when i will get back my real Nickname...^^

An important thing is missing :

- Add the possibility to modify the e-mail address associated to the account.
- And yes, some accounts don't have any usernames like the previous reply, maybe old accounts or error created during the demo...

(I was able to create 2 accounts with the same e-mail, now there is a conflict...)

Many of my friends including myself have a problem. The Brightness setting does not have the picture showing to adjust the Brightness. I don't know what to do. Any explanation?

Found this new option in the settings where you can change your password.


I presume it's for fixing those who have emails instead of usernames listed?

Unfortunately the other major issue appears to be that people are getting stuck with "gamesas" as a username instead of whatever it's supposed to be, presumably also resulting in the "wrong multiplayer information bug".

Perhaps an option to nominate your own username would be better?

Seems none of the updates have fixed the crossfire/sli issue as yet atleast not for me, Infact since the updates its gotten worse it never used to happen in nano vision and now it does , So cant wait till next month i wont have this issue as ill be upgrading from 4870`s in crossfire to a single GTX 570 SC or a 6970 2 gig.

Yesterday i bought the game and and was so excited to play. so i set it up and all worked! yay! but this morning i come on to play like i would of yesterday, but when i click login it immidiatly says "an error has occured. please check network connectivity".
the problem is i got internet on! that why i can post here. i havent changed anything since i polayed yesterday. deos anyone have any ideas because it must be the serveror game, not me..... thanks

Said this in another thread but worth repeating again:
In some cases (like mine, maybe because the account is old): gamesas.com messes up the passwords. I cannot change my password on the site (tells me my password is wrong even though I logged in using it), and "Forgot my Password" doesn't work either.
