gamesas, please make attractive male/female body meshes/

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 6:18 am

Please, make sixy (in a good sense) and attractive male and female bodies. The game is 18+ and if you do something like BioWare did for the Dragon Age 2, there will be no need to make any nvde/better/alternative bodies. The modding will be based on the original models. We will all win. Thank you in advance!

Every character in Oblivion had a six pack. I'm hoping they tone it down actually...

Yes and especially the Khajiit must be sixy! Argonians are deadly sixy but Khajiit need some extra love.

Unfortunately gamesas can't do this for you, it's impossible. Sorry. ( Seeing as how Bethesda Game Studios makes the game not gamesas )

Bethesda has already confirmed this in their first podcast. No more ugly faces.

I know... I actually hated the bodies in Dragon Age 2 (every one was on steroids). Some muscle is okay... but too much starts to look autistic. For muscular, they should tone it down, and add some more body types as well.

just wait 10sec after the game comes out, I am positive there will be a naked mod by then
and you are only limited to buying 18+ games, so it can be 18+ but not mature

Who cares if the men are more attractive? Who looks at them anyways? The women are all that need to look more attractive.

Problem is not in a naked mod. Problem is in that all outfit modding is done not based on the original bodies, but based on a chosen custom body set, or several sets. It is pretty clear that Bethesda can create a good mesh from the beginning.

I happen to be in the other group as I am a PC but this does nothing for the majority of people that play these games. Not asking for nudity here just attractive meshes and textures.

At OP, look at http://cms.elderscrolls.com/sites/default/files/tes/screenshots/Tavern01_wLegal.jpg and know that what you ask for has been doled out already. I mean come on, it's right there in front of you, open your eyes man. :hubbahubba:

That looks good. :) I wouldn't stop however. I might sound a little bit strange, but maybe it would be a good strategy for developers to think in terms if their model will be remodeled immediately or will stand the competition. The face is Really good, though. I want those textures to my Oblivion world  !!

Attractive? Some NPCs should be, not all. What I want to avoid is the... inhuman look of Oblivion's NPCs.

You're dreaming if you think that's going to happen. six and nudity will still end up being one of the biggest draws for modding, regardless of what Bethesda does.

And as soon as someone comes out with some hot babe mod, which is inevitable, the same thing is going to happen again.

Obviously. Based on the date you joined, you must remember the story with the hidden topless texture in oblivion , which went into a mod and changed the rating of the game in Europe. My post was about a different matter, tho..

The mod prompted a re-rating. Third party content plays no part in the rating of a game, that would be ridiculous. You could mod every texture in just about any game to be pictures of boobs, that doesn't mean every game is 18+. Oblivion *deserved* its rating, the original was too low.

Indeed it did on violence and gore alone.

I would find it much more immersive if instead of making everyone super hot (all males ridiculously muscular and defined, all females absurdly curvy and fit) they made NPCs fill a wide range of body types. Ugly NPCs/Characters were a problem in Oblivion because they looked inhuman or unrealistic, not because they were ugly. An immersive world should contain a wide array of rather homely, misshapen, fat, diseased, and otherwise unattractive people, but they need to look real.

That being said, this is fantasy, and everyone wants to play a supermodel superwarrior, so the face/body editor should be easy to tweak to make attractive avatars.
