gamesas Profile Mixup??

Somehow I have 2 gamesas profiles. This may have happened during the mp demo.

Anyway, when I purchased from Steam and loaded the full version, I logged in to what I thought was my only profile. I hit the multiplayer button and put in my serial code, then went to redeem my Limited Edition code, and was sent to the gamesas site. I entered my code and noticed that nothing had changed when I loaded C2 back up. I also noticed that the profile name on gamesas didn't match the profile name in game.

One is XXXX@gmail.com and the other is just XXXX. I can log in to both gamesas profiles, but can only log in to the XXXX profile in game. Of course the XXXX@gmail.com is the profile that has the LE code activated....and the XXXX profile is the only one I can play the game with.

Any solution to this? I'd like to be able to use the LE bonus stuff!

you can login with an email address or Login (nickname)

to be sure try to change avatar on the first one and login to the "second" one. dont forget to go to the forum section cause an avatar is not visible on the mane page.

At first I thought that same....BUT....

One says I joined 03 23, 2011 /05:36

The other says 03 25, 2011 /12:52

One says it has the LE code activated. When I try to use the code on the other account it says it's in use.

My BIG question is.....why can't I log in to the XXXX@gmail.com account in the game? I'd be ok with that!

I obviously can log in to that account on gamesas.

If I were to uninstall and reinstall, would I be able to fix this? Would I be able to associate the serial code with the XXXX@gmail.com profile....and that would allow me to log in?? Or am I stuck?

I have a similar problem. I can't log in to the game with my gamesas.com login, but my EA login works. I haven't redeemed my code yet because I don't want to have the same problem you unfortunately have.

Hopefully they can fix it soon. This is looking bad for Crytek and EA. :(

sorry for my english i am brazilian =]

well i have some problems with my account i bought the limited edition on steam (pre-order) and i used my redeem code on gamesas.com on my account named chaltier but this account is not the same account that i use on crysis2 i mean i use chaltier to login on gamesas and chaltier to login on crysis2 but i dont when i used my redeem code on mycrisis.com this didnt go to my chaltier crysis2 account was to another one and i cant use this mycrisis account with the LE code to play crysis 2

so this login chaltier is diferent on mycrisis.com and on crysis 2 they arent merged i dont know why maybe email problems

i think that those bugs came cuz of i got problems with my account when i started playing on beta and EA was with a lot of problems to manage accounts on gamesas.com

please cry-tom could you merge my login that i use on gamesas.com account to my chaltier account that i used to play crysis 2 cuz i used my redeem code on my gamesas.com account that is not the same chaltier on crysis 2

So weird! Why do I have 2 gamesas profiles? one with @gmail.com and one without?

And why is my game serial numbers associated incorrectly???

I am able to log in and play multiplayer with goodtruant.....but it does not have the LE code, that I purchased, associated with it. I cannot log in to the goodtruant@gmail.com account....that has the LE code attached to it. What gives?

Apparently I have a another acc with my usual Username but different password... Not that the username is used but the pw is different (I use 2 diff pw). And from what I rmb that pw was not what I signed up gamesas, ea, or anything with...

Now why did I buy the LE version?

What will happen if there is a 'fix' to my issue. When I log in to my LE version, will I be back to level 5? No upgrades? hmmm......

I still don't know why I have 2 accounts.

I still dont' know why I can log in and play (single player, and multiplayer) with one account, and not the other.

I'm not sure why the account that I CANNOT log in with has my Limited Edition code enabled on it.

I'd like to have my LE stuff.

OR

I'd like something added to my 'goodruant' account to justify me pre-ordering the LE!

I had the same problem with multiple accounts. The second account was created when I installed my PC version somehow. I registered the LE stuff to my original account and deleted the newly created one. Now the LE stuff doesn't show up in my purchase history, and it never made it into the game nor did I receive a confirmation email. Now when I reenter the code, it says it has exceeded it's usage. CryTom did say that they were working on the issue, so I'm patiently waiting for the fix.
