I've been trying for the past month and I cannot retrieve the password for my original gamesas account, I tried it with multiple email types (gmail, aol, yahoo) on dummy accounts and it never works.

Happened to me as well. Worked after 2 days though.

Same thing here...

-tried to log into the forum -> username/password mismatch

-tried to reset password (about 10 to 15 times)-> "mailsent to you..."-blabla, but no mail at all (and yes, I checked my SPAM folder)

-tried to get this solved via forum feedback form under help&support (about 10 times) -> no answer at all.

Finally I had to get a new gmx mailaddress to be able create a new account and get here to post about the fact it does not work.

Please crytek -> FIX THIS!

My other account (Snake2150:hansolo2150@aol.com) is not recieveing any e-mails for password resets is there a way to get the e-mails and reset my password so I can play the demo on my Snake2150 account? Also has anyone else having the same problem?

PLEASE FIX THIS, This is getting tiresome, Put some official post saying it doesn't work, stop leaving us in the dark.

This is going to be a huge issue when the game comes out and people cant log in to their main email account.


Note, It doesn't work on AOL accounts.
