That was a very enjoyable read. For most of it I had a goofy smile on my face. Hopefully my fellow office colleagues didn't notice. I probably should get back to work now :)

I was reading an article today and Gamespy employee had a hands on demo he was allowed to play. heres the link

http://pc.gamespy.com/pc/elder-scrolls-v/1186740p1.html

Some interesting thins:
-NPC'S commenting on a spell playable characters have equipped
-Seems like some small faction is included????? called "Stormcloak"
-Wolf was seen chasing a rabbit from afar :liplick:
-"Stormcloack soldier" seen apprehended by guards
-Can have the option to free prisoners to join you
- Can give Npc friends armor ( I can start my wolf pack) :celebration:
- Traveling Couriers
- Can go on expeditions (organized)

hopefully they are not all magicians in the sense that they know where you are and what you are doing at all times. (ie. if you steal a spoon they know... they know..)

Edit: either that or they all like to stalk you.

It seems that the soldiers who were escorting a prisoner weren't rebel soldiers, but their prisoner was a rebel stormcloak. That was a misunderstanding on another preview's part, probably.

"I try to stick to my plan, until I get tangled up jumping around rocks. I fall to my death."

And now we know at least one guy DID die in the playthrough.

Todd Howard did say himself what happens in the town stays in the town. Basically your bounty doesn't go every were you do.

Or the even may be dynamic, and depend on whether you joined the faction or not :)

one of the more interesting previews. thanks

"And as I process whatever weird trick of perspective is being played on my brain, suddenly I'm standing about knee-high to a whole mess of giants, all of whom appear as bright red dots on my compass. In other words, hostile giants. Giants with clubs."

Wait? Red dots on a compass?

Also multiple people speaking in what the author describes as "meetings" sounds excellent.

"But when one of the non-player characters makes a context-specific remark about the spell I've equipped, I can't help but stop to chat with him for a second."

Wow... that's pretty amazing. Reminds me of Bastion.

"The mead restores 20 points of stamina, but slows your stamina regeneration by 25% for 20 seconds thereafter -- basically, a shot of energy with a very brief hangover."

Skyrim just seems to get better and better the more I read...
