Gamestop Messup : Othor Games

So I preorder my copy of Brink back in August from a GameStop in the mall. Today i when to check on way there midnight release was going to be had at, cause the mall is not going to stay open to 12. The manger of Gamestop personal told that the will NOT be a midnight release for Brink cause there is not that many pre orders. LIKE WTF i been waiting for this game to come out for a long time and now I have to wait till the mall is open on Tuesday

I don't think you could really blame Gamestop, it wouldn't make sense to spend the money running the store if there would only be a few people that even come. Waiting a few hours isn't that bad.

i pre ordered mine at a gamestop in a mall, and i just called em an was toldf theyre trying to get a midnight release.. which is totally flippin cool

no the gamestop at the mall send the preorder to another store that is not locate in a mall for the midnight release , and there is 5x more preorders than homefront and GS had a midnight release

Just take a nap on a bench outside the store for a few hours, you wont even realize that u had to wait a few hours. :thumbsup:

I'm just soooo glad I pre-ordered it, even though practically nobody in my area even knows about the game...which sorta pisses me off. That's why I'm making a clan though. :hubbahubba:

Just cancel your preorder, get your money back, and preorder somewhere else if it is that big of an issue. Crying about it won't change anything. And it isn't a gamestop "messup", it is corporate policy. How can they be open in a closed mall? Especially for only a "few" people? :unsure2:

yeah that happened here to me in alaska good thing there are like three or four games comin out so with all that they may have midnight release at least im gettin doom pack then im goin to jack my friends psycho pack

Our local gamestop no midnight release. Then I realized I'm getting it from steam at 11pm on the 9th my time no need for the car and in my boxers to boot. ftw

You can always have gamestop transfer your pre-order to another store that is having a midnight release.
