Gamestop preorder customers were supposed to get some doom-oriented weapon skins and clothing options... usually these preorder items for games are applied automatically when you install, or have a code with them, but so far I havent seen anything regarding the preorder items. There was no special code in my game box, I dont have the items ingame, and the DLC menu in game still shows no items available.

Has anyone unlocked those items yet?

If you look on your receipt, it should say something to the tune of "Due to the recent outage of Playstation Network, online codes can not be generated. Gamestop will contact you when the codes are available, or visit www.gamestop.com/codes". In a nutshell, they'll contact you either by email or text message to let you know when and were to redeem your codes.

I ordered for PC, not playstation, why would that effect it?

I pre-ordered on 360 and had no issues with the code.

EDIT: Nevermind, had two receipts for it, the code was on the other one.
