well...this is depressing. GT is one of my favorite reviewing sites. They provide high-quality video-reviews without having the overt biases and company sponsorships that IGN and Gamespot have.

I guess it, ultimately, didn't work out. A bunch of other people are claiming that this is because there are so many video-reviewers flooding the market, but again, I feel that GT provides a level of quality that most other "internet celebrity reviewers" cannot match. The only other sites that provide the same level of video-reviewing is IGN and I do not trust them at all.

I'm sad to see them go, you will be missed :(

Shame. I used to enjoy some of their content, and would always listen in on a review for a game before I made my purchase. Reviews I also preferred over other big gaming media websites. Feel especially bad for everyone who is being let go. Best of luck to them all.

Not really heartbroken over this whole thing. I honestly thought that GT was just as bad as all the rest of the major video-game reviewers. Do I think they shouldn't exist? No, but they certainly aren't an organization that will be missed by me. After all I get all my reviews from small independent game reviewers that don't run sponsored videos or advertisemants on their sites. Or I ask my small circle of friends about any new games I may be interested in and go from there.

I liked them before they changed their page when you could go their and actually easily get game trailers, and then they changed the site and redirected the aims of the site, so it doesnt worry me that much, and i never read any reviews from independents or mainstream.

I've never been to the site. But less choice is never a good thing.

I honestly know nothing about them. I've heard the name but that's about it.

C'est la vi... such as the nature of conglomerates being swamped by the more adaptive Youtube channels of today.
