Trying to get the older quests done. Urag requested n'gasta kvata kvakis. Map does not show the location when quest is active. So I found a bug. I found the book at the bard college. Took it back to Urag and we will not accept it. I did the quest with the staff of Magnus at the college and closed the tear outside the city. How do I return the book to him?
