no file to download at TESNexus??? Am I missing something?

Please everyone.... Read the readme file.
Follow the installation steps and please check the load-order section.
I have several e-mails every single day from people having issues because they simply don't read the read me. The installation is quite simple and there's also a tech-page available at the official site where you can find all the info you need to install the game.
I have also seen screeshots from people using weather mods at the same time with G.T.Aesgaard 2. As mentioned in the readme GTAesgaard is not compatible with some weather mods (A compatibility patch is now available for Enchanced weather but the rest of them are incompatible)
so PLEASE....
READ THE READ-ME file carefully before installing or playing G.T.Aesgaard 2.

Hey guys I just installed the mod and I was wondering if there was a way so that I could alter it so that the quest begins (And I get the note) when I reach a specific level (like, ten for instance).
Its just a little thing of mine that i'd really like it if I could do, so I dont get clogged down by menus and comments and notes for quests when I first start the game.

Just don't do it until you reach the level you want. Things like that are a real PitA.

There are a few issues with the official Gates to Aesgaard 2 website. Sorry for the delay. I'll fix it as soon as possible.

-EDIT: WEBSITE ISSUES FIXED.
Updates and the first screen-shots from the first quest-expansion for G.T.Aesgaard 2 scheduled for next week.

Due to some issues related to the main website I had to create a new url. The new direct link is http://gatestoaesgaard2.webs.com, but you can still use the main url/s www.gatestoaesgaard2.tk or www.gatestoaesgaard.tk. Inspired by this mod, I enhanced TES4Files to grab LOD stuff too.
This made a huge difference.

On playing the mod....
The combat in the mod is hard. No doubts. A real challenge.

have a sound card, and use Q6600,
diff monitor 1600x1200 20", and Vista 32,
but same mobo, same gfx, same ram specs
(which three really are the heart of a pc).
Another note: I liquid cool my quad for 3GHz.

The Priest:
Everytime I try using Open Cities with GTA,
Carhenia landscape is totally fubar, the statics
are hanging up in the sky, hundreds of feet
up, and if you step off the portal platform you
fall into water, but cannot get out onto land.

Oh, other than that everything is great,
on my way to get the thing of fear.

hmm then dont use open cities till theres a patch for it. By the way any one know if Storms Lightning Sounds for all weathers OBSE v3.0. is compatible with GATES TO AESGAARD 1 & 2 ?

Thank you for this Epic module, Priest. I am very excited to try it. One year is a lot of time and work. From the readme, I have noticed that your module is vanilla tuned. You don't recommend to use almost anything, what other modules do, including companions. Would your own companion work with it. I am so accustomed to have her by my side that it is like losing the right hand. Or, maybe you are planning to make a separate companion, just for the duration of this module, someone to share a word with or to share a battle.

Okay, I need some help here...

I think I'm at the last battle. The knight tells me to "use the power of the sphere". I can't figure out what he means. I can't equip the sphere and there doesn't seem to be anything I can click on to "use" it. I put myself in GOD mode until everything was dead but now I can't get out. The two doors require keys and the portcullis is down.


Can anyone give me a nudge?

I couldn't use the sphere either. After killing the Priests I talked to the one surviving Knight to get a journal update. This knight was marked as essential. I figured that was ok but I'n not so sure now.

Thanks, Sarafan. I had already done that. But that still didn't help me get out. I finally did manage to figure it out, though...

After everything was killed, the knight came and spoke to me. This time, however, I was able to see where he ran off to afterwards (The last time, I had been around a corner near one of the doors and couldn't watch him). When I saw that he walked into the blood pool, I followed and discovered that a portal had opened there. I still never figured out what I was supposed to do with that sphere though (other than to give it to him). Oh well, at least I got out.

Hello everyone. Sorry for the delayed reply but I have to travel around too often due to my current job. So....

About the "power of the Sphere". The sphere adds a super-healing spell as long as you have the Sphere.

MentalElf about the TES4files update... that's great news! I don't use the open cities (obviously the cities are using a clone of the main worldspace for a reason) but I'll check it out once I have some free time. Thanks for the feedback. I'll update the read me file and the F.A.Q. as soon as possible.
