I heard there was a way to wear two necklaces using the gaulder amulet, but i can't get it to work. Was it patched? Since morokei is broke i was going to wear ogmund's amulet along with my amulet of talos. I don't feel like being a wearwolf, i'd like to go to sovengarde.

I don't know about wearing two amulets. But if you want the benefits of the Amulet of Talos you can always pray for Talos's blessing at one of his shrines for the shout cool down.

It will tell you that you only have a 0% cool down in your active effects but this is incorrect.
