I'm pretty new to multiplayer on crysis 2. I've been playing for a few weeks now, perhaps a month. I'm rank 28, and I just wondering what rank you have to be to unlock the Gauss Rifle. Yes I'm a sniper, sorry. Haters goin' to hate.

Snipers are respected in crysis because it actually takes a bit of skill to snipe in this game unlike COD. I think you need to be level 39 to unlock the gauss but heres a tip it is pretty much useless due to the fact that its still a 2 shot kill, has a slower rate of fire than the DSG1 and can't be silenced. Still a fun weapon to use.
