GCD Load Order

I have Galsiah's Character Development v1.08, The Definitive Birthsigns Pack v1.1, The Definitive Birthsigns Unofficial Patch, and the Definitive Birthsigns+GCD compatibility patch. I just need to know what order these should load in for them to all take on the proper effect?
