I've just downloaded GECK for New Vegas and when I click on the install icon I get an error message

"This application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not found. RE-installing the appliacation may fix the probelm."

I had previously installed and uninstalled the Fallout 3 GECK thinking it was the only one. It wouldn't work either but I thought it was because I never had Fallout 3 on the PC.

Any ideas what the problem is and how to fix it?

Make sure you're installing the GECK in your "fallout new vegas" directory.

It's not giving me any options for installing. Just that error message when I double click the GECK icon.

No need to install. Copy the files that are packed in the zip in the "fallout new vegas" directory.

I've got it working now.

It extracted to a folder which I moved to the fallout new vegas directory. The problem was it was it can't be in a seperate folder I guess.
