OK so I downloaded and installed the GECK right? so when I opened the file I saved it in and tried to open the GECK an error popped up that said the program wasn't there and that I should reinstall it, I've reintalled it 6 times and no dice. Can anyone help me? :cryvaultboy:

Did you also update it? You need to do that if your game is fully patched, the original install of the GECK is expecting an older version of the game. It can't run if it can't load up the Fallout.esm file.

Sounds like (with the little detail you gave :/) that you installed it to the wrong spot. You need to install the geck to the same folder that contains Fallout.exe Which should be just in the Fallout 3 folder. If you install it anywhere else it cannot run.
