Geck Sound files

I am trying to edit sound files to use in geck, but I need to know if anyone knows of a free sound editor that can be used to edit the sound and music files to use in Geck and the Game. So what progame should I uses?

Make sure the hertz is the same as the game's and try Audacity.

http://www.wavosaur.com/download.php works well too and has a few more functions to it. I use both.

I use Audacity. It allows me to compress wav files into different formats (including ogg and mp3) and vice versa.

I also use Audacity and very much enjoy it. My Audio Holotape tutorial covers some of the dialogue/voice sound procedures if you need any of that.

Excellent tutorial. It helped me a lot and filled the gaps between Audacity, Lip Template and getting new voice files into the GECK.

I also recommend Audacity. I had no clue how to do anything before I DL'd it and it's very easy to use.
