whenever i try to start up the Geck i get a system error stating "The program can't start because libvorbisfile.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstall the program to fix this problem." I've reinstalled several times and it still doesn't work. is there something i'm not downloading or something i can download to fix this?

The GECK file is not an installer. Copy the files to your FNV directory.
