GECK won't let me save my basic changes

So I made a basic change in the GECK: I inserted a new empty, locked safe, put a modded weapon (FNX 45) & its mods inside and some DLC ammo for the gun. I place it in Zapp's Neon signs, go to save and it lets me. However, when I go to quit it keeps asking me if I want to save, like it forgot it already did lol. I'm forced to quit without it saving my work. I can't make any changes in the geck without it doing this (I've been trying for hours). Am I not allowed to place DLC ammo in the vanilla game or something? This is my first time using the geck. Suffice to say it's a pain in the butt.

Ok I resolved the issue. I forgot I had it open in FNVEdit as well, which was causing it to prevent saving. DUH lol
