Gender bug : Fallout 4

I have this weird bug where I can only play the game as a male, when I start it as a woman it plays until I unthaw from the cryo pod and then I'm frozen unable to move, in Vault 111, I know there isn't much I can do since its on the PlayStation but thought I'd leave this here in case someone has an idea of what I can do or so Bethesda can try and put aa fix in an upcoming patch.

Try playing through the Vault as male and when you leave the vault the game gives you the option to completely redo your character, maybe after that the female option works?
