General Guild Question

Post » Thu Jun 16, 2011 6:10 pm

Hi,
I'm deliberately asking this here because it *may* involve a spoiler as an answer, I don't know, but I don't want to look toooo closely at the FAQ in case *I* get a spoiler!!

In the personal stats box - on the pop up bit that comes up when you mouse over the Guild Status, it tells you your level but has some other stuff about what you need to increase your guild level. Thing is, I'm already AT and above the level that appears to be implied for advancement, so I'm not sure what the information is actually telling me...?
Obviously I need to do quests, that's exactly brilliant.
But I guess what I am asking is what is the relationship between the numbers and the advancement. Is it that you need to complete x quests AND have y numbers in order to advance...?

So it says e.g.
Next Level: Mud Wrestler Strength 30 Agility 30
Skills: blah, herp, derp
Need 1 at 30 and 2 at 5

What does that *actually* mean...?

Does that make sense?

Thank you!

The pop up window only gives the STATS needed to make the next rank. You also need a "faction reputation" of a certain level. (You'll have to check a FAQ to see the exact amount of facrep needed) Facrep points are obtained by doing quests for that faction. Each quest is usually worth 5 (sometimes 10) facrep points.

As long as you have the required stats just keep doing quests until you're advanced.

If you're interested in your present facrep, open the console and type (for example): getpcfacrep "thieves guild"
