I'd like to set up my own website with my mods and have it be linked here so people can download them.

But i'm really a beginner to Website Creation and Would like to know if anyone could give me a couple of Leads to some good Free Website Creation Software so I can make a page and post my mods on it.

You may be better off starting a blog on Blogspot or something.

Also, the community discussion is probably a better place to ask this question.

Or just contact Fliggerty at http://www.fliggerty.com/phpBB3/. You can either get your own little forum to showcase all your Mods (Including download links), or your very own page hosted there to do what you want. That's where my walkthrough is hosted, and he said I could do whatever I wanted with my site. (that will require you to know some basic HTML to set it up.) Fligg's all about promoting more places for the community to have mods.

At the bottom you'll see a link to Spyka Webmaster, which is a site that offers you free CSS Templates to build websites.
Very handy, very easy to use.
