I have a new computer. I haven't played in years - literally. I just downloaded Skyrim from Steam and found myself but my mouse just didn't work. I found a notice that told me what to find in My Directory, etc. But the line "line "bGamepadEnable=1" doesn't exist and then I found the plugins comment above.

All help will be appreciated.

Your mouse doesnt work in game? That line "SGeneralMasterMismatchWarning=One or more plugins could not find the correct versions of the master files they depend on. Errors may occur during load or game play. Check the "Warnings.txt" file for more information." is there by default and is not indicative of a problem.
