I made a sizeable thread purely for workshop bugs, going to focus on everything else here.
-SPECIAL Bobbleheads count towards your SPECIAL perks, which means you're potentially removing a SPECIAL point by limiting how high you can raise it
-Sometimes you get XP for kills completely unrelated to you (not a serious bug, it doesn't happen often)
-But then you don't seem to get XP for activated turrets/protectron/companion kills!
-Can't see companion weight limit
-Companions/following NPCs constantly get in your way
-In speech/recordings where people are cut off, the line cutting off someone's speech happens much too late to make sense [This is extremely consistent, I can tell speech/recordings were just given standardized pauses]
-Items respawn almost completely (This may simply be a design choice, but it changes player attitude radically when they realize)
-Way too many Fat Mans (Fat Men?) in the game, shouldn't be stumbling over them so frequently
-Fusion Cores sell at 100% value even with 1/100 charge remaining [Fusion Cores are already ridiculously abundant, allowing you to spend all your time in power armor]
-Mirelurk Eggs cost 0 caps
-Can't remove misc mods from Synth armor
-Can't reset renamed equipment to default names
-Can't turn in Melons to Lucy Abernathy after gaining control of Abernathy Farm
-Targetting HUD power helmet mod makes some NPCs hostile
-Caravan Guards and Pack Brahman seem to get separated from their merchant frequently (Make them prioritize sticking close to the merchant before following a path)
-Sometimes your character appears in front of your reticule in 3rd-person mode, making it rather difficult to aim properly
-Can't cancel action in progress (it's really obnoxious to accidentally activate the wrong thing then be unable to move for 3+ seconds
-Character is LOUD when doing a scripted action like sitting down
-When leaving hacking character stands up, weapon holstered and makes noise
-No option to hack/lockpick if you have the password/key (effectiely removing a chance to get experience)
-Often weapons don't swap properly, leaving character defenseless for several seconds
-Majority of armor is pointless because it can't be modded
-Remember how Skyrim got Legendary difficulty? FO4 needs a new higher difficulty too; game is too easy, even at max difficulty, once you get powerful enough.
-Reload button is the same as the open loot inv button
-Physically move object button is the same as the exit power armor button
-Sometimes items on enemy corpses don't display correct weight (equipped armor)
-Molerats and Radscorpions straightup TELEPORT
-Feral Ghouls are so fast they usually end up behind me
-Radio songs and news reports tend to repeat the same things VERY frequently
Next is simply my interface/inventory bugs/recommendations:
-Inv has categories but no sub-categories (Rifles, Pistols; Keys, Quest Items; etc.)
-Re-iterating: Keys and Quest items NEED their own category, too much clutter otherwise
-No filtering
-No word-searching
-Un-used recordings or notes should be marked as such (Skyrim did this properly)
-Sometimes Tab doesn't work (steam overlay problem?)
-Can't seem to de/activate Pip-Boy Radio with E (Seems to both activate and deactivate simultaneously)
-Can't remove some quest items
-Trish's Note
-Cobalt, Gallium, Gold, Hydrocloric Acid, Lithium Hydride, Tungsten
