basically its multiplayer my system is

i7 3970k @ 3.8
2 x sapphire 7970 HD Ghz edition
1000 psu
res is 1920x1200

thats the mains anyways but all on low with a good low ping of about 30 ish i get smashed no matter what, im shooting but nothings registering i have tried a fair amount of servers yet im getting no were. the hit reg from server to server does change but why am i getting smashed so much. eg 1 vs 1 i already started hitting him first yet i die and there health and armour is still full?

the hit reg to me seems so so poor tbh i aint really enjoying the multiplayer as smooth as it runs.

i have everything low no motion blur nothing but nothing seems to register. is there anything i can do or is it the game? but i see people running around with an uzi on tdm getting 48 for 5 an stuff like that.

what is happening can any body give me either a solution or fix or a server where the hit reg works?
