I'm no geologist, but I personally do not see a difference b

I have seen the debates in the past of Cyrodiil being made into a forest, but it is supposed to be a jungle in lore. Now that TESO is revealing itself and reigniting the debate once again, I Google'd jungles and forests and I see little to no difference at all unless I am just an idiot :teehee:

Anyone care to elaborate?

You googled and can't tell the difference between a jungle and a forest? You're likely not being specific enough. Cyrodiil is described as an 'equatorial rain forest and broken up by rivers.' which should look something like http://www.kbears.com/climates/rainforest.jpg. Where as Oblivion's Cyrodiil looks like http://imageshack.us/f/140/oblivion2304x144022pl.jpg/.

Thanks for the pictures, but the only difference I see is just more green and vegetation. I guess I am just a odd one

Basically, a jungle is a cluster[censored] of plants that make it impossible to move through it without a machete.

That's a pretty big difference. There's also fauna and rainfall, but those don't come across in pictures.

I see

So is there a climate difference as well? Like is Cyrodiil supposed to get that much sunlight compared to a forest?
