Hey guys,

i just finished the story i am lvl 45 and im using combat armor and under it i wear a synth uniform (because i love the white look). so my questions are:

1. can i craft my own armor somehow ? (i dont mean upgrade i mean build it from junk)

2. where can i buy the best armor ?

PS: i would prefer smaller armor and not like the combat armor (which is almost a power armor ) but if the smaller armor is way weaker than i take the better one of course.

Not sure about making your own from scratch...I think you can only upgrade pieces of armor..
I found 2 pieces at the trader in diamond city that had stars by them...legendary?...maybe...and a couple more at goodneighbor...
But I'm only lvl 30 and just began act II....oh also that flying blimp thing...the dude in there has a nice combat helmet for sale...
My total defense is..146 projectile 128 energy And a weak 40 rad DR
I usually head out wearing:
BOS uniform...haven't come across anything better
Commando helmet *...10% less AP in VATS
Devestators Chestpiece*...reflects 10% melee back onto attacker
Devastators Right Greave*...slows time when health drops below 20%
Mantis Left Armguard*...10% chance to disarm a melee attacker
Mantis Left Greave*...+1 AGI and PER
Protectors Right Armguard*...reduces damage from S mutants 15%
Also I upgraded them, but I only have armorer lvl 1 perk so far..
