VL's get orange eyes, Why no silver for werewolves?

Post » Fri Nov 16, 2012 7:30 am

Been thinking a lot lately about how VL vampirism gives you those really cool eyes just like all othe VL npc's have, so why don't werewolf characters get silver ones like all the other werewolf npc's? I think it should be a update to the game, anyone else agree?

Its because being a Vampire changes your body in a lot of different ways to make it able to live only on blood..makes your heart stop beating and such.

Being a werewolf is basically being normal..but you just turn into a monster during a full moon, it doesn't change your body.

Except werewolves don't transform on nights of the full moons in Skyrim, though, at least not forcibly. There are mods that change that, however, like Tales of Lycanthropy.

Couldn't you change your characters eye color with the facial customization that came with Dawnguard DLC? Correct me if I am wrong.

I think the customizer only has the vanilla Skyrim's eye colors..not sure though, I just entered it and exited since I liked my character for the achievement.

When I first created my character I believe I saw some kind of silver/white eye color. My character is an Imperial though, so I am not sure if other races may have it, perhaps other humans though.

You can change your char's eyes to silver (not gray, full-on silver) in the character creation scree via the Ratway sculptor.

Why would werewolves get silver eyes? By all means their eyes should be yellow! Ever saw the Daggerfall werewolf dream? Werewolf eyes should be like that.

This
Though it would be nice if a werewolf would have the same colour fur as your character his/her hair.
Example:
A brown man, a brown werewolf.

In lore werewolves eyes are silver while human, yellow when transformed. :)

Well if you think about it, silver eyes for ww don't make much sense seeing as silver is a poison to ww.

The metal, not the color.

I think it would be acceptable to have either color as a ww.

Edit: I have never looked closely. What color are the circles eyes?

The color silver doesn't harm undead/werewolves... If that were the case, I've got quite a few silver and gold toned shirts that I should take to those cash for gold joints.

I just changed my eyes in the ratway after I downloaded the DLC. Even though werewolves should have yellow eyes since wolves have yellow eyes.

Wood Elves only have about 6 different eye color options, two-thirds of those options involving at least one blind eye or pitch-black eye. I wanted to be turned into a Vampire Lord just so I could have a different eye color for my elf. That being said, I agree with the OP.

I like how you keep your eye color when you change. When I'm a werewolf you can see my green eyes really well.

Nords seem to be bugged, they just get glowing versions of the old vampire eyes rather than cool glowing bright yellow ones.
