Will allow you to simply climb out when you're stuck swimming next to a surface. Hopefully.

So yes, I fell inside some innocuous body of water with no ramp leading out of it AGAIN, went nuts, started doing this.
The point is, not having to use levitation to climb back. Because that's ridiculous and and and and immersion breaking and aRRRRR, and you know what I mean or you don't - why doesn't this already exist?

I have some ideas to make it feel more natural ("climb" rather than "jump") but would like to get this cleaned and running first.
Any help with testing / tweaking much appreciated!


- note: the jumping part is considerably slowed down when moving fully forward while it triggers. Suspect this is because of calling DisablePlayerControls, without which worse things happen. No idea what to do about that yet.
