At the bare minimum double health buff and double engy buff need to be moved to rank 3.

So your saying that level 1 people should have access to all of the abilities. I can understand that it would technically be balanced bc everybody has the same choice.

Are you talking about playing on verses with people at or below your level, that can be turned off so you can play with anybody

Play old skool or competition settings. They have no rank restrictions.

yea i agree get rid of em or increase to atleast 40 or 50 at least more fun and playability
