So i have two arrows stuck in me for like 1 in game week now is there a way to get them out or do i have to deal with this for the rest of my playthrough

There are soo many posts about this.

Three fixes:
1: Wait an unknown amount of time
2: Shapeshift
3: Get shot by a new archer

If you're really ambitious, you could try dancing them off. I've heard a rare few have accomplished this feat.

If you own a house, go the Chest and put all of the arrows in your inventory in the Chest. Also put anything you're wearing in there. Then check out your character. The arrows should be gone. Take your stuff back out of the chest and venture forth!

Or, drop your arrows and clothing/armor on the ground. Somewhere safe of course! Then pick them back up. The arrows should be gone.

I've used the Chest method twice and it's worked. I never just dropped the items on the ground. SAVE FIRST! Just in case.

Mine got fixed by getting hit by new archers.
