Starting a few days ago, I've been occasionally getting bounty and infamy notices immediately on startup, before I've had a chance to even move. If I'm in a city, usually the guards immediately run up and try to arrest me, with a pretty high (1300-1700) bounty. I've used the console to remove the bounty and everything will be fine until the next time it happens. It doesn't happen every time I start the game - maybe once every three or four times. It also doesn't appear to be tied to a particular location or even type of location - happens as frequently in the wilderness as in cities. It's not game-breaking, but it is really annoying.

Anyone have any ideas on what's going on and how I can get it to stop?
