Getting Custom Particals Into Oblivion

I have recently learned how to make particals useing blender, and now I would like to put them into oblivion. Is there a tutorail any-where that tells how to do this?

You can't use blender particles in oblivion. You can nifskope something together, though.

The correct Answer to his question is that the Blender Exporter is unable to export Particle Systems AT ALL ! -> the ONLY exporter able to export Custom Particle Systems is the CivIV Exporter and it only functions correctly in Max's 6-8.

You best option is to find a copy of Max 6-8 and use the CivIV Exporter, because you can just Copy/Paste CivIV Systems directly into an Oblivion Version .nif and they will function.

Or

You will have to learn to use NifSkope and alter the multiple Oblivion P.Systems into what you want it not very difficult once you know what all of the settings and modifiers do.
