Is it better to leave House in charge or change management, to do this? If I killed House would the tribes support me? I talked to yes man, but from that I feel that the tribes would have no interactions with me.

BTW, do enemies re spawn? like the deathclaws at quarry junction?

the best way to be friends with the BoS and NCR is to help the NCR and form a truce between them and the BoS


And some enemies respawn, like the Fiends near vault 3, but many don't, like the Deathclaws at Quarry Junction (at least i've never seen them respawn)

But yah NCR rocks and if you want you can go for Yes man, Mr.house, or NCR. I personally like NCR they seem the most benefical.

Its a win/win really. Because you can support the NCR and the BOS at the same time without having to kill them.

So, if i leave him in charge everything will work out nicely? If i take charge ill end up having to exterminate tribes, or no?

I decided today, once my tv is repaired, I will start over on hardcoe mode.

The short version is the tribes will support you only if you go to them and win their support. With the Securitrons the Omertas, White Glove Society, and Tops will naturally fall in line but it's best to meet with them and follow their quest-lines. The Tops aren't necessary to do anything because Benny is the problem you need to deal with.

The Great Khans, Brotherhood of Steel are trickier.

Boomers, less so.
