Hello. Firstly, sorry for my english. Currently i'm at level 90, almost complete the main story and complete almost all side quest except companion quests. I notice radiant quest become less and less as i level up starting from level 50+. The one that is currently available is Learning curve, Weathervane and Quatermastery quest. Non from minuteman at the moment. It's been 3 in game days. I know some people (or most people judging from mods and some other forum) doesn't like radiant quests but i kinda enjoy it. I love leveling this way instead of just grinding endlessly like wait for enemy to respawn, kill and repeat. I hope it get fixed or look into in an upcoming patch. Also love to see more and more side stories/side quests, settlement revamp and much more in the upcoming DLC's.

If you want a Minuteman quest and Preston isn't giving up, tune into Freedom Radio for a while, or go to the Castle.

Radiant quests like Weathervane actually have a limit btw (11 as far as I know), then you can get no more of those.

Aww. I might only have 2 (or maybe 3 when Rhys giving me quest again. He sometime give me quest again in 2-3 in game days) radiant quest left to do when Weathervane has reach its limit T.T.

You could also try running around each of the settlements talking to people. Random settlers can also give the radiant quests even before Preston or the Minutemen have heard they are in trouble.
