Well the UESP is down so I can't find the list of spell costs in Arena, and to get out of the starting dungeon I'm supposed to answer a question about what a particular spell costs. Anyone have a list somewhere or know where one is?

Yes, in the ..\docs\ subdirectory of your Arena directory. It's in the setup doc.
