I know there is a way to do this but dont know how, im planning on starting a new playthrough soon and i wantz moar perkz...

You can use console commands to give you perks on the odd levels or you can download a mod that gives you perks every level.

ok do you know what the console command is?

just download the mod, go to http://www.newvegasnexus.com/ and search perk every level

You'd have to manually add the perk you want, there isn't a console command that sets this to automatically get you a perk every level.

player.addperk
