I've been getting 403 errors all day today. It happens occasionally when I'm entering a forum, entering a thread, changing pages, etc. It works fine when I just refresh it a couple of times.

EDIT: I'm now having lots of different problems. CSS doesn't seem to be working properly, the page isn't formatting correctly, all links are turning blue.

Poop hit the fan.
