I am tired of looking at ugly shadows that I think break immersion even more

than having no shadows at all, so I trying to find a way to eliminate all shadows

completely.

I have tried ini tweaks such as

iShadowMapResolution=0
fInteriorShadowDistance=0

fShadowDistance=0

(these are just three examples of around a dozen

tweaks I have found online and tried)

After making such changes I always set my SkyrimPrefs.ini

file to read only, and upon testing I find that there are always still

ugly shadows present to some degree.

Does anyone have any ini tweaks that actually remove all shadows

from Skyrim?

Thanks, that worked. I did have to add one more ini edit in addition to the ones

listed for the mod, "bShadowsOnGrass=0", and now my shadows are gone.
