I have found evidence that it was jeannie may that setup boone's wife but how do i get her or anyone else in front of the dinosaur for boone to kill?
I've got markers pointing to people but none have any dialogue relating to walking with me anywhere in front of a dinosaur, any help would be greatly appreciated

You have to talk to the target when Boone is on duty at the dinosaur. He's there from 10pm-9am. The dialogue option that makes them walk out to the dinosaur is "Come with me, I have something to show you in front of the dinosaur."

You also need to put on the 1st Recon beret he gave you if I remember correctly.
