Hello everyone,
Been watching a few tutorials online recently on building quests and I think I'm almost ready to try my first trial quest and test a few things out. However, as I will eventually by moving into a larger, more complicated quest, I thought I would go ahead and ask a few of my major questions before I even get started.
1) When building a quest, how do I set multiple ways for completing a quest? For example, the player has two people they can kill in order to support the other, how do I structure the info boxes and such so the quest flows smoothly?
2) In my quest, I want my player to speak to a ghost. Is there an NPC I can use and if not what can I do to make this happen?
3) How do I set up a particle effect or something along those lines? In the quest I hope to build, the player can bring an NPC to talk to a spirit in hopes of appeasing the ghost. However, the ghost will actually possess the NPC, becoming a more powerful and dangerous fight. Any thoughts on how best to proceed and structure the quest?
