I used to play skyrim pretty fine with ENB's and high res texture packs, but even vanilla skyrim after coming back after about a year has been stuttering. Is this something to do with the latest update? I also have the lipsync bug?

I have an AMD card and an AMD processor.

Will Skyrim get patched again?
