I have idolized rep and im pretty sure ive done all of the quests for them. who do i have to talk to to get the key?

Talk to Julie Farkas and get her and others at the Old Mormon Fort to like you. If you've done that, then its a glitch.

Give Julie Farkas in the Old Mormon Fort in Freeside a lot of medicine, when she gives you a look at her inventory for magazines, then you should get it.

You gave her the supplies? You gave her Med-X, Fixer, and Radaway until she says to you "I don't need anymore"? She gave me the key after she said "I don't need anymore."
