dont forget the 900 more vampire/werewolf and romance in skyrim topics
haha...I know, I thought about them after I posted and just never bothered adding them in.
E3 is one and a half months away, not two.
I know, I know, but I rounded up for...dramatic effect.
For all of you who think they are dropping just the right amount of info at just the right speed, ARE you friggin nuts ??? I mean come on linear 6 hr long games come out with more info at this time then they are releasing,... we keep getting the same re-hashed crap over and over with just little smudges of info we are fighting over like its major drops lol,.. brilliant strategy for sales it might be, but damn cruel at the same time, with a game this huge they could be dropping pics every wk and some concept art also to keep us hyped, at least it would be something real, instead of a couple picks a month and the leftovers for a meal over a month ago, we not even getting the podcasts we were promised 3 wks ago, I want more my friends and I do not think that I am asking too much at all. I can agree with that, and yes, anyone can see that this press week and the new info it supplied was strategically timed to fall at about the midway point between the Feb 24th release of the official gameplay trailer and June's E3 unveil and I really wasn't expecting much from the show, but something of importance or intrigue, which was held exclusively for GTTV would have been a nice way to close out the week and give us something new to discuss -- and no, confirmation of a fire breathing shout doesn't count, because such a thing is so obvious that anyone with half a brain would know that it will be included in the game. The week, as a whole, wasn't bad...the new screenshots were nice; the in-depth descriptions of Bleak Falls Barrow and the associated 'Golden Claw' quest was great; and the little immersion adding features, like how the info pertaining to quests is more naturally presented to the player was also good to hear, but I couldn't help but feel that the week was more about pushing the company's agenda forward and getting a 'sensitive issue', namely the attribute/perk system, out of the way so that the community could hear it, deal with it, and push it to the back of their minds by the time E3 rolls around in June.
