How does the character picture work? Do we have to upload a picture of the character? I noticed Fligg's characters both have pictures (of the same char) and yours has none.

It's similar to avatars, I think. You'll have to ask Fligg (so do I, I've been doing offline work on the CnE app while he made that), but I think you upload a little clip. I know it can't be ripped from the save.

Yeah, you will have to upload it. There are a number of aspects that you can/need to set up online, that being one of them. Another one is writing a backstory, uploading your journal, etc.

I have dreams of making an AJAX application that will let you select and crop an avatar out of any picture in your gallery, but that is beyond my skills at the moment. It's a pipe dream really, but perhaps at some point in the future I will be able to implement something like that.
