first a couple of points that occured to me...

1 both are hidden by there proximity to trees

2 we humans tend to see people and faces in seemingly random places that they are not actualy in

3 its entirely possible that were seeing someone slipping in Easter eggs just for fun and/or for posts like this. .

I am honestly not seeing anything closely resembling what you posted. I see no ghost and certainly no vault suits. Why would a ghost of a vault dweller be in PRE-war anyway?

honestly I think the weird vault guy is just a case of human error, for some reason during the trailor making they needed to have some default vault dweller model nearby and then forgot to remove it when recoding image for the trailor, nothing more. Or a hidden easter egg that′s just there to f-word with people.

I just looked at the fence, in the center I saw what to me looked like the outline of someone between the tree and the fence(literally behind the fence pole) , and looked closer and saw a shape that to me kind of like it was tinted blue with 2 goldish 1s on his shirt on each side of the fenceposts (the guy is literally behind the fence centered roughly on the fence post, its kind of like hes transparent

Judging by the photo in the OP, I was ready to call you guys crazy for seeing things that weren't there, and even after seeing the photo you just posted, I was ready to call Photshop on that....that was until I watched the video again, and saw it for myself.
