i see what your talking about though i used the 14min demo to find it..... it appears human though what ever it is. and definably has a ghost look to it.

Oh yeah, I noticed it now... Looks like an Oblivion-esque ghost.. Good find.. But it could be a Guard aswell.. But he appears to be glowing.

Haven't loaded up the video yet but I'm gonna go ahead and say no...

Edit: It's a guard shooting a bow with some sort of spell effect on him. That's all.

I'm telling you that's what it is. Believe it or not, I don't really care. You can clearly see he's wearing the same armor as all the rest of them and he's shooting arrows.

And probably someone else (mebbe the player) cast a protect spell on him, or is wearing some kind of item with an area of effect component.

or it could have been where the dragon hit him with its ice breath strafe run missing or hitting you and him? im only basing this on the fact that the ice breath will slow you down i could be wrong about the guard but my hypothesis ^^

Isn't the dragons skeleton pointing in the other direction? When he gets killed his face is pointing the mountains, in this one he is facing the other way.

Maybe it's the skeleton of a dragon killed way before this encounter?

okay if it was a spell (other than heal) why would he cast it after battle?
